About This Program
Traditional royal cuisine exploration, kimchi & bibimbap cooking sessions, and a field trip to Tongjin Traditional Market. Covers culinary arts, gastronomy, and fermentation science.
You may qualify for up to $8,000 in scholarships.
Gilman ($5K base + $3K Korean critical-language supplement) and Freeman-ASIA (up to $5K) can stack. Most students only learn about these after acceptance — we surface them when you express interest.
